Based in north London, we are a small team of expert gardeners and professional teachers. We love to grow plants to eat.
Fact 1
We love what we do.
We are passionate about helping people to grow their own. Even if it's just one plant on your windowsill. Growing helps balance the buzz of city life. Fresh food tastes best, and growing is a simple pleasure. We are all about sharing skills, offering advice and showcasing urban food growing projects.
Recent clients include:
Camden Council - sustainability team, orchard training for residents

Fact 2
We live in the city.
Most gardening courses miss the mark. They are often more suited to people who live in the countryside, who have more space and time. We are Londoners. We don’t like waffle – our classes are fast-paced, hands-on and packed with tips and advice.
Fact 3
We are experts in our field.
City Leaf works with a group of professional urban gardeners, cooks, chicken keepers, beekeepers and teachers. This is why our courses are the right mix of high quality teaching and expert advice.
Fact 4
We are are quick to reply.
We swiftly reply to emails and phone calls. Got a question? Need advice? Get in touch, and we'll help you as quick as we can.
Fact 5
We welcome your stories and tips.
Got something to share? We upload your urban gardening news stories on our site, although we cannot guarantee to include every contribution.
Fact 6
More people are joining us everyday.
We like to work with like-minded people. If you have ideas for courses, or fancy some urban gardening work, get in touch.
