For people involved in organising fruit picking projects in London.

t is open to 6pm and they're happy for people to have just a hot drink. The Jubilee, Victoria and Circle lines have bus replacement services that day.
I had thought of something very very informal but maybe to get the most out of it we could be more organised, at least for the first part.
How about if we start the meeting by each writing 3 questions and 3 tips we want to share on post-its, then group the post-its and discuss what comes up? If you have questions etc you want to email beforehand, to get people thinking, then feel free.
